i think this company is great. they fixed my ipod nano on the same day i brought it in. i was referred to them by our neighbor. if you refer someone they give you a break on cost. i dont think they do mobile ipod repair though. that would be really kool.... I found these guys on craigslist. Brought my IBM T20 Thinkpad in because the screen stopped working. That afternoon I had it back working. They said it was a video cable. I appreciate their honesty. I would recommend using anyone's services besides Micromobile's. If you must deal with them due to some harsh or unavoidable circumstance be sure to keep the company at arm's length. Make sure that you get things in writing and are extremely clear about the services you are purchasing as well as the conditions under which they are being purchased. As far as technical knowledge and customer support are concerned, my personal experience with the company has revealed that them to be severely inadequate in both categories. Not only did Micromobile completely mis-handle the repair of my personal computer but they have flatly refused to reach any negotiated agreement with me regarding their failure. Micromobile has retained the fee paid to repair a computer which remains broken. Not a company I would ever do business with again. Pros: They make promises. Cons: They break their promises. more

They fixed my IPOD after I took it for a swim in the ocean. Works great. Only charged 50.00 to fix it! more

I called on these folks twice in the past year. The first time was to see about getting all setup with my DSL system. Frank (one of the their tech's) came out and had me on the internet and receiveing emails within 1 hour! I thought I had found a true computer genius. I have used these guys several times at both my home and office. They are the only ones that I've found that know how to get sattelite internet back up and running! Great guys! Pros: They know computer repair like nobody else more
