Good: That you can stay there all day just playing video games and they don't even care. It is very neat and organized there. Their employees are very nice.. Bad: It's a little pricy on some of the mouses, keyboards, and other basic stuff.. Improvements: Lower the price a little but I think it is a great store.. more

Micro Center is like a candy store for me. LCDs, Computers, parts. I love it. I can spend hours looking at all the new hot products. The store seems to be busy all the time but the guys were always able to answer my questions. A+ in my book! more

We will never return to this store for computer purchases or repairs. We took our computer in for repair and they said they would diagnose the problem in 3-5 days and call us. It was almost three weeks before we had an answer as to what was wrong with the computer, and never once did they call us. We always had to call asking for information, left multiple unreturned messages, and rarely got to talk to anyone who knew anything. After being without a computer for three weeks and them estimating it would be another two weeks to order a new part and fix the problem, we decided to just buy another computer elsewhere. When we went to pick our computer up, it took them 20 minutes just to find the computer. I would not recommend this place to anyone because of the absolutely horrible customer service and incompetence we encountered. more
