Can't talk to their service department as I have never needed to use them, but their sales staff is the best around! Every one of them are experts (or so it seems) in computer electronics, and really can help you get what you are looking for at a fair price. Store is not all best-buy pretty, but that's ok. Interested in a company that will treat you right when your laptop is on the fritz? Then avoid this company. Don't purchase the company's warranty service; it isn't worth paper it is written on. My laptop died 4 weeks ago and I have received the runaround; it took a week to get a box to mail the laptop back (and then they sent the box to the wrong address). It took another week for the company to look at my laptop. They told me they can't fix it but won't tell me what they did to determine what was wrong. For the past 2 weeks, I've left messages for someone is MicroCenter's so called ""customer service"" to return my call about next steps. more

I first encounter this store in Michigan at the recommendation of my brother-in-law. The lay out of the store made it easy to find what you need for your computer. Every where you turn there is always a staff member around to answer any question you might have or assist you in finding the product you need. There bargain table holds some great finds at signifigantly reduced prices. The sales on their items can compete with those you find on the internet if you are a touch it feel it type of shopper. The store is clean & well lit and the shelves are well stocked and neat. If your looking to build a new system, buy a prebuilt system or upgrade the one you have, stop by Micro Center for your computer needs.
