The Best Laundromat in Newport 7/16/2010

Clean, friendly, tons of parking, professional, plenty to do in the shopping plaza right on Bellevue Avenue while waiting for your Laundry to be finished. Mary the manager couldn't be more helpful, knowledgeable and efficient! I drop my clothes off in the morning, never expecting them to be ready until the tomorrow, sure enough by the end of the day I receive a phone call that everything is ready! Never let Mary leave!!!!! The Best Laundromat in Newport 2/21/2009

Clean, friendly atmosphere. Attendants are very helpful. Outstanding Wash-Dry-Fold. Brought laundry in the morning, had it back THAT afternoon. Great Service! Pros: Same day Service, Cleanliness, Parking, Open 7 days a week, pick up and delivery to boasts and marinas more

Terrible Customer Service 10/9/2005

I asked to change in a $20 for quarters and the worker there looked as if I had onconvenienced him in a way no other had. I asked him if this was a problem and he barked at me to return the film canisters in which the quarters are stored. I would have just walked out, but I just moved to Newport and had no idea where any other laundromats were. The washers were not very effective and there were probably double the amount of washers than there were dryers. Three of the dryers were not working as well. more
