went there to just have them check out my stereo to see whats wrong with it. The manager was downright rude to me. As if he was doing me a favor! I tried to tell him something was wrong with the stereo. He told me the speaker were blown and when i didnt agree he Basically told me since i'm a tech why don't I just buy one and put it in myself. This after not even looking at my system!!! Thanks I will take my business elsewhere!!! more

I would not reccomend anybody to ever go to Mickey Shorr. I have gave them many chances and they are just a terrible business. Anybody I know and myself who has ever gone there has had terrible experiences. They do a terrible job putting speakers in doors. They do a half ass job wiring up anything. They have actually started a fire before in someones car! I got my windows tinted there and they did a terrible job that took them 3 hours because they decided to take a lunch break instead of work on my car. They are very rude and unprofessional. They are not customer friendly or willing to help you out with anything, they are just trying to make a sale and once you pay they will screw you over. If you want someone good, Ive heard AmeriStar is good and they are located in Dearborn Heights. Its definately worth the extra drive then to get anything done at Mickey Shorr. They are a waste of time and money and I gaurantee you will something to complain about if you go there. more
