My husband and I have been on several trips with this agency. This past Christmas my husband surprised me by booking a weekend trip. Within days of the purchase, we found out we could not go. My husband immediately sent an email to the agency to see what could be done. The answer was NOTHING. After my husband pressed the issue, we were told maybe they could credit us for a future trip. That would have been acceptable to us. We were told that the issue would be reviewed with management. Can you believe they never called us back? We emailed them. We called them. They would not return our calls or emails. Unbelievable! This is during a time when our economy is bad and many people don't have the money for vacations. One would think that every customer would be valued. Apparently they needed our money so badly, that the concept of losing future business was not one that they cared about. We will never use them again. I encourage all of you to adhere to the adage ""BUYER BEWARE"". Do you want to use an agency that won't do anything to assist you if you have a problem and can't even extend the courtesy of returning a phone call?
