After picking up two of the grandsons, Darin and
Wyatt my spouse and I took the two hour drive down
to Brooklyn, MI. The raceway is a sight to behold in
person. Just like you see on television but tons better
when you are right in the middle of everything. My
spouse first had to attend a class before he was allowed in the race cars. The little kids are loaded
into a van to take a few laps around the raceway.
Than I got to witness Harold in his racing suit and
helmet. I had to close my eyes after he took off and
reached around 185 mph. He loved it! My spouse won
this treat through work but anyone can go down and
pay $99.00 to take a few laps around the raceway.
He got a plague with his picture stating that he did
the course and my grandkids bought one of the
used tires for $5.00 taken off of one of the race cars.
We attended a lunch right on the premises. My spouse
still can't stop boasting about this and I am glad to
have been with him.
