Simply the best! 2/4/2012

I was first introduced to Michigan Advanced Asthetics through Groupon. Three years and several treatments later, I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for my med spa "needs". Laura, Jeannie and the entire staff are the most wonderful and caring people you've ever met. Customer service is outstanding. As Laura told me "my goal is to make sure you're happy"! LOVE IT! I highly recommend anyone looking for a clean, safe and truly enjoyable pampering or med spa experience to contact Laura! more

Facial newbie 1/28/2012

Had a wonderful experience as a first timer. Laura at MI Advanced explained everything step by step. My skin felt very smooth and refreshed after the hydrafacial. She made sure that treatment was appropriate for my sensitive skin. Would highly recommend. more

Dermabrasion - first experience 1/22/2012

My daughter just experienced her first dermabrasion, and I was concerned how she would react to the treatment. She has acne, and has disabilities, so I wanted to be sure the clinicians were really good. The staff were warm, kind and really genuine in their care. She loved it and looking forward to more visits. She said she was so relaxed and comfortable that she dozed off! more

Hydro Facial 12/7/2011

LOVE IT! This was my 1st Hydro Facial. I have had many microderms and to have another option is great. My skin felt clean, soft, nurished and I could feel it tighten a bit which is great. Laura provided the treatment and she knows her stuff. She has amazing skin to boot! Now booking my next visit so I look fab for those holiday parties! more

Wonderful! 12/7/2011

I really enjoyed my micro along with the peel. My face felt awesome afterwards. I have had a bit of peeling but feel that is a good thing and it did what it was suppose to do. I even scheduled two more appointments I enjoyed it that much. Laura was great and very informative. I would highly recommend it to anyone! more

CALM, RELAXING, INFORMED, AT EASE 12/1/2011

A friend's groupon was to expire and wanted me to have a facial, on them. It was to expire on 11/30/11, and Laura was kind enough to extend the date to 12/1/11. I was made completely at ease on a warming blanket, and was instructed each step of the way with a facial, specifically customed to my needs. I was made to feel special, relaxed, and rejuvinated by the time the appt. was over. Soothing music was playing quietly. FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE. more
