I do not recommend this company, also operating under the name ""Davis House Cleaning Services."" \r \r We hired them to do a Move In cleaning of the home to which we were moving and a Move Out cleaning of the place we were leaving. We discovered at the last minute there was little to do for the Move In cleaning, but because we didn't want to cancel a scheduled appointment, leaving the cleaners out of a job, we conjured up a hour's worth of tasks. I asked them to clean out the fireplace, address cobwebs within the house, and wipe down cupboard shelves. They did clean the fireplace, but we have found cobwebs all over the house. Additionally, when I checked the cupboards, the shelves had not been wiped down. In fact, when I opened one cupboard, it contained well-developed cobwebs (the house had been vacant for two years), and a pie tin containing rat poison. Clearly, the cupboards hadn't even been checked, much less cleaned. For this we paid $85.\r \r The Move Out service, with the same two cleaners, was equally unsatisfying. Basically, they did a half-baked job everywhere. They cleaned the oven but not the oven window, vacuumed the carpets in the rooms but not within the closets, cleaned the sinks but not the faucets, sort of cleaned the stove but not thoroughly, sort of cleaned the master bathroom but left a lot of soap scum behind. For this supposed 4 hour, two person job, we paid $157, causing us to wonder just what staff were actually doing during those 4 hours.\r \r We will never use this service again and are telling our friends our experience. more

I hired this company to do a move out clean. I was looking to hire a company to clean the house I was moving out of and then hire to clean my new house every 2 weeks. I was quoted $135-$150 for the move out, the house was small, just a 2 bedroom and under 1200 sq ft. Two girls showed up for the cleaning and even stated that it wasn't a dirty home. They were there for 4 hours, so we had a total 8 man hours. They ended up charging $160, which would have been ok if the house was clean. They didn't wipe down the pantry or freezer, even though I had made a point to request the refrigerator get cleaned out, I didn't think I would need to specify both refrigerator and freezer. The base boards, walls and ceiling fans were not cleaned. They basically did a quick vacuum and swiffer on the floors and wiped down counters. They didn't even vacuum along the base boards. We have a short haired dog so dog hair needs to be vacuumed out of this area. The grout wasn't cleaned at all. I am not sure what they did for the entire time they were there because it was not 8 hours worth of work. When I called to bring this to Phil's attention he was not very accommodating. He offered two free hours at our new house. I did not want poor cleaners at our new house. We had a move in clean at our new home which is 1800 sq. ft and they charged only $100 and did an amazing job. I requested for a partial refund and Phil declined, I even sent photos of the dirty base boards, walls etc. and I received nothing in return. Please do not waste your money, there are other cleaning companies out there that actually clean. I work a lot and don't have the time to clean and that is why I hired cleaners, it defeats the purpose if I have to go back and re-clean. I have hired another company and they are amazing. more

I have cleaned my own house for as long as i can remember and never needed a service until i had my baby. I called a few different places and could not afford the prices they were offering. I found Michelles on a google search and spoke with Phil, the customer service was great, he had a team out and cleaning my home within hours. For a deep clean i spent around 135 and was very happy to have the team come out. Thanks more

The Girls came to my home last week and did a fabulous job. I found them online and noticed that they were a small local business which i liked. They offered all green cleaning products which i also loved. Well i am an older woman and don't really have the endurance to clean my home anymore and was very happy with the price and crew. It was Jessica and viola, You Did a Great Job. See you girls next month. more

Michelle and her team came to my home when i was having a christmas party and was not ready at all. I only had time to cook, not clean. I called them, and they came on the same day and had my house spotless in 4 hours. The rates were very reasonable. They Really save us, Thanks gals. Emma and Doug. more
