Great staff and wonderful service 2/8/2011

Came in to Michelle's office to get a quote for my auto insurance. The girl, Emily, that I had worked with was wonderful. She answered all of my questions and was very helpful. I ended up bringing all of my accounts to their office 5 yr ago and it is the best decision I have ever made. more

Always has my best interest in mind 12/23/2010

As my State Farm agent, Michelle has always been there for me with regards to changes, updates and discounts within my policies. She takes her time to explain things to me in terms that I can understand and answers any questions I may have. She makes me feel like she's always looking out for my best interest. more

I would suggest giving Michelle Twitchell's office a call. They did my quote right over the phone and the savings were amazing. Also, anytime I call the office with questions they always get me the answers I need right away and are so nice and helpful. I would recommend them to everyone and I have already referred my friends and family. more

Great Rates 1/16/2009

Michelle will save you money on your auto insurance. It took me about 10 minutes to get a quote, and the savings State Farm was able to give me was tremendous! Even if you're just looking, I suggest giving Michelle a call. You never know until you check! more
