Beware Girls! Wedding season is here and if you are looking to have your hair done in Western Mass DON'T go to Michele's!! The price I was quoted by the Bridal Coordinator was not honored on the day of my wedding. I disputed the amount and was not charged at the time so that the mananger and I could work it out. I called to clear it up & got no resolution. SIX WEEKS LATER I was on my honeymoon and they CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT MY APPROVAL! Can't get any results from my bank because Michele's won't cooperate with their requests. Made MULTIPLE calls to the owner and got absolutely no response. Such unprofessional behavior. Such a shame too, my hair looked cute but it wasn't worth the hassle and the HUGE amount of money they charged me! Cons: unauthorized credit card charge more
