They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. more

Dr. Claeys is the most personable dentist ever. The first visit she treated me as though she had known me all my life. I couldn't ask for a better dental provider OR friend. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot more

I have had 7/2/2014

I have had great results with Dr. Claeys dental office. Everything went smoothly. They dealt with my insurance which made my experience less stressful. The office staff and dentist were all super and the work that I had done turned out great. Couldn't ask for anything better. more

They're always able 6/23/2014

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was so comfortable. It was honestly one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever been in. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. more

I was finally 5/20/2014

  • Caring for nature's gift Welcome to Michele Claeys Dentistry, a dental practice located in Augusta, Georgia. Dr. Claeys has been proudly serving the community of Augusta, Georgia for years. We provide a wide range of quality Cosmetic, Preventative and Restorative Procedures and Treatment for your total dental care including: Whitening, Veneers, Crowns and Bridges, Dental Implants and Orthodontics. In addition, we also provide the following services: General Dentistry Dr. Michele Claeys has designed her practice for people like you, so that you and your family can get state of the art care from an office that cares. We always welcome new patients, so feel free to call our office to make an appointment or just to introduce yourself. Relaxation / Sedation Dentistry Relaxation / Sedation Dentistry offers anxiety-free dental procedures as the patient is in a deeply relaxed state, though fully responsive. It means something even more important: a comfortable experience - often with no recollection of the time passed. We currently have two options: Nitrous Oxide, aka laughing gas, and Oral Sedation, which is a "conscious " sedation. We often hear from patients who express their gratitude and delight in their first ever visit to the dentist without fear.
