My wife was kind enough to take me here for my birthday. The service started out a bit stuffy but really warmed up towards the end of the evening and while the time between courses was a bit long, it was interesting to watch into the kitchen to see what else was being prepared. We decided on the Promenade Gourmande tasting menu being offered that evening. It was quite a culinary tour as there were 3 appetizers, 3 entrées, a cheese course and desserts (including petit fours). The stand out that evening was the Foie Gras Creme Brulee... it was just heaven. All the appetizers were wonderful. The entrées were good as well, but the flavors were heavier than I usually enjoy, which is more a reflection of my tastes versus the preparation of the kitchen. Overall, it was a wonderful evening and definitely worth the trip.
