I would absolutely never recommend anyone to do business with Michael’s Shoe Repair. With the experience I had there, I am absolutely shocked they are still in business. I have never been spoken to with such disrespect in my entire life, let alone in an establishment in which I was a paying customer. The owners’ tone of voice, belittling comments and complete lack of professionalism about how they had lost my shoes is an experience I will never forget. This situation could have been handled with professionalism and class, as the owner should have been apologetic for their mistake and carelessness with my property, instead I left the store feeling verbally attacked by the owner and without my shoes that I had entrusted in their care and paid for them to repair. I would highly recommend anyone in need of shoe repair to search for and commute to any shoe repair store in the area verses subjecting themselves to Michael’s Shoe Repair’s unprofessionalism.
