Has Michael's considered training their framers? Two identical frames........each with totally different hanging mechanisms, both with scads of fingerprints. I paid for this? DO NOT take your precious art her to be framed!! more

They've lost my business. Retailers interested in return customers have good return policies. Theirs is awful--no returns on seasonal items. Given that many, many items in their store are considered seasonal, this means that they simply don't do returns. I'll go to Ben Franklin next time more

This store is a terrific resource for anyone who likes to work with his or her hands, or has craft-minded children or grandchildren. It isn't necessarily going to have a deep inventory in all areas, but it will have at least a modest sampling of materials and tools for just about any craft you can imagine, with a broader and deeper selection in any area that is currently "hot" (right now, knitting and scrapbooking would seem to be two areas that qualify). They have a marvelous selection of artificial flowers and seasonal decorative items, plus various needlework, beading, painting, sculpting, and wood and metal craft items. They have an amazing selection of ribbons, and a fine framing department that can arrange for professional mounting of your treasured pictures or photographs. This is hands down one of the best craft stores that I have ever been too!!! To start off with it's huge and very well stocked, and there's always someone around to help answer any questions, or to give suggestions. If that's not enough, they have hands on lessons to teach different crafts. Really good prices rounds it all out. PROS: great prices and super selection CONS: none more

This is one of the better supplied stores. While it's not big as the rest of them, it does carry all the usual crafts as well as cheap prices. Usually after a week or so on the shelf things are greatly reduced. They have even dedicated an entire aisle to markdowns that you can't beat! some really good finds here. The staff are great and are up to date on sales so you don't have to hassle at the register. Overall a neat little nook to go to grab some supplies. Pros: scrapbook stuff, nice staff, markdowns! Lots!! Cons: hard to get into lot more
