I'm very pleased with Michael's Floor Covering. I had gotten carpet from them before and this time I wanted wood flooring in my dining room and a tile entryway. The guy that came out was prompt, friendly, and easy to talk to. He helped me decide what kind of wood to get and the way it should be laid out. I agreed with what he thought would look good. We had all missed a little issue with a board that was put down but he came back to fix it and now it looks fine. more

Absolutely no problems 3/10/2014

My experience with Michael's Floor Covering was very positive. I walked in and was able to immediately pick something out that I liked, with the help of a very knowledgeable salesperson. They offered to allow me to pay for half of the job at the time and complete the rest of the payment when they finished the actual job. The installers arrived promptly and worked quickly and efficiently. They were only here for about an hour and a half and ended up doing an excellent job. They installed a beautiful new carpet for my family room and I'm really happy with it. The prices are very fair and I'd definitely recommend them! more

Great product 2/11/2014

My wife loved the carpet so I know they did a great job. Michael's is very close to our home but we decided to check out a few other places but in the end we made the right decision. They treated us extremely well, they stated that the installation was going to happen on a certain date and time and they delivered. The value for the product is perfect and they are not expensive at all. more

The movers spent all day at my place moving furniture and cleaning the place up. They instructed me on how to best manage the furniture and overall they were of great service to me. more

Pleasant, timely and professional! 2/5/2014

We're really happy with the carpet we got from Michaels Floor Covering. It was our first time using them, and one thing that was a really big plus was the quality of the carpet they carry. We had carpeting put in our living room, bedroom, hall, stairs and dining room. This was the third time we've put carpeting in the house, and it was the most professional and efficient installation we've ever seen. The installers who did the work had 35 years experience, and they were really good. They were polite, and they kept us informed about what they were doing. I would certainly recommend Michaels Floor Covering! The quality of the carpet they carry is amazing, and we had a really pleasant experience. It was not stressful at all, even though they had to move all our furniture out. They were pleasant, timely and professional! more

Perfect 1/27/2014

Michaels did an excellent job. i have already recommended them many times and even to my daughter. She needed some flooring done and Michaels did her utility room, and kitchen, each with a couple layers. It took about 3 days but overall the job was just great. more

Really well pleased! 1/16/2014

I had Michaels Floor Coverings come in and tear up about two-thirds of the flooring in my house. They took out the old carpet, and I had them come in and put vinyl tile in the bathroom and then do carpet in the rest of the house. The work turned out just wonderfully. They did a really great job! I would recommend them. They told me what they thought would work in the house, gave me a good quote, and then as soon as the carpet came in, they were here within a couple of days. more

Michael's Floor Covering did an excellent job! They installed a new tile floor in our basement that looks fantastic. They were very knowledgeable and gave very helpful suggestions on what would and would not work. Their input was very appreciated. They were also very punctual. The price was very good. Overall, the guys who came were very hardworking and personable. They moved several heavy things in order to install the floor. They were really great and I'd recommend them strongly. more

High quality service and product 11/25/2013

Michaels Floor Coverings replaced all the carpet throughout our house and then replaced the other flooring with wood laminate. It was our first time using them, and the installation and their customer service were awesome. Michael himself came out and installed a little bit of the work. The workers were very professional. They took their time and did a very good job. Michael made sure the quality was up to his standards, and I'm very pleased with the results. The service was outstanding. You may find carpets at a cheaper price, but you pay for what you get. With Michaels Floor Covering you get quality flooring that will last a long time. Everyone comments on how nice our new floors are. more

A good experience from beginning to end! 9/10/2013

I went to Michael's Floor Covering's store on a recommendation from a coworker. The salespeople were very helpful with providing samples for hardwood flooring. I actually already had some hardwood floors, and they were able to match what I had to the new stuff. I went to their store on a Saturday. They came on time on Monday and consistently called me with updates. It was a beautiful match, with a beautiful installation. I've NEVER had that happen before. I can tell you horror stories about getting other things done! more

Good experience overall. 9/10/2013

We had the two boy's bedrooms done with Michaels Floor Covering as well as the stairs and the hallway. They just did a good job overall. We didn't have any problems and it's very nice carpeting. The installation was fine. It was pretty quick. They were in and out and gave us time to move all the furniture out. We ripped all the carpet out ourselves. We just had a good experience with them. We knew they had been here for a very long time. With a company that's been around that long, chances are it's going to do well by their customers. Your chances of having a fast one pulled on you are slim. more

Excellent 9/5/2013

Michaels Floor Covering installed carpeting in our whole house except for the bathrooms, kitchen, and dinette area. For those, we had a vinyl tile. We liked the quality of the materials very much. Their professionalism, when we were setting this up was really good and the people who came out and did the installation were great too. more

I got new carpet for two bedrooms from Michaels Floor Covering. They were very friendly and very helpful in the store showing me different products. The installation guys were very nice and did a very good job. Just go check them out! They have good quality stuff. They've been well rated before and I was happy with my experience and would go back and do more business with them. They have great customer satisfaction as far as I'm concerned. more
