Always explain things with you regarding your car or truck & they never force you to do anything. Very knowledgeable & they always make sure you're taking care of.

I always wonder why I come back here with any problems I have with my car. Any time there's a problem I've seen and I have brought it in, I'm told it's fixed, am charged for it, ...

Lack of Service Quality 4/27/2013

This is a Long Story. Yet we tried to be Patient with the Service Dept. repeated Attempts to fix our cars. Our 2011 Traverse still under warranty was in a minimum of 6+ different times for repairs and they would have us pick it up at end of day as Finished. Only to tell us we needed more parts ordered or a different color ordered or they put the Wrong outside trim on? Also this is the 2nd Chevy vehicle we Own and bought from Michael's that had the right front Sunroof Drain tube Not even Connected from the factory. Therefore water was running inside the car. They refused to fix my 2010 Z-71, so I had to go to another Upholstery shop and pay Out Of Pocket for this Chevy Issue..? We are still trying to get Michael's to fix the 2011 Traverse correctly, but the leaking water stains are still there? Will they Ever Fix this Issue? more

I bought a 2011 Chevrolet Spark from Michaels and it was great customer service from the start. brandon in the internet dept answered all my questions quickly and had everything set up for me when I went into the dealership! Chris showed me the vehicle and finished up the paper work. He is such a nice guy and I never felt pressure! I spent less then an hour at the dealership which is almost unheard of. thanks brandon and chris more

Everything went fine. I only had a oil change though nothing major. I would like more feedback from someone on issues marked on checkoff sheet by the mechanic. For instance leaking coolant marked as red. How severe since I am going on a road trip right away is it going to cause problems? more

Crappy service 3/4/2013

I was given a car that had a gas tank that states E-85 gasoline, I ran out of gas and had to negioate with onstar to bring me free gas, and provide me service eventhough this wasn't my car. more

Doesn't back their deal 2/14/2013

Bought a car with 9 oil changes. Had one oil change free, no problems. Second one they wanted me to pay but ended up free, third one I had to pay and was told there was no such deal. Making me look absolutely stupid! I have bought two cars there and I will not be paying a third....three times your out! more

LOVE OUR NEW CHEVY 2/1/2013

We purchased our new Chevy a couple days ago from Brett Osaka. He was very informative and knowledgeable about his vehicles. And was quite honest with any questions we had, he didn't make stuff up just so we would purchase. Brett and his manager went out of their way to get us the vehicle we would like and to keep it all in our budget. We left with a fantastic vehicle at a fantastic price. I will highly recommend Michael's Chevrolet to everyone I know and they will forever be my #1 choice of dealership to purchase a Chevy from. I'd like to thank everyone there for their help! And appreciate your no pressure sales! You guys are honestly the greatest dealership we've ever purchased a vehicle from. more

Actually I usually only write positive reviews so an experience has to be incredibly horrible for me to make the effort. Michaels Chevrolet was one of those terrible experiences. They are not trustworthy, do not honor their word, performed unacceptable work on our car, charged us more than we agreed. Our car still is not working properly. AND they left the inside a mess - goop on passenger seat, floors dirty! We have heard the service staff is on commission? if that is true then it all makes sense! They were incredibly rude and condescending to top things off. more

Do Not Buy Here - What Happened to Me 7/9/2010

I drove a 100 miles from home to visit Michael's Chevrolet that had a Silverado that I was interested in. My initial contact with the salesman was unremarkable but throughout the day turned discouraging. For instance when I inquired how long they had this 2009 truck the salesman said, ""Not long at all."" Later, I saw the dealer invoice showed the truck had shipped in April of 2009 (It was May 2010). I pointed this out and the salesman back peddled and asked the manager if it's possible they've had the truck that long. After that he downplayed the age of the truck, claiming it was no big deal and that the truck will sell. At another point in the negotiations the salesman brought up that the backholding on the truck, ""was $482"" when in fact I knew that number to be closer to $1100 but I didn't bother saying anything. Here's the worst part. To finish negotiations I made out a check for $30,000, put ""Paid in Full"" in the memo line and wrote, ""$30,000 - Let's get this '09 monkey off your back!"" on the invoice. The salesman looked over the check, looked over the invoice and chuckled at the joke. And with a big smile shook my hand and my wife's hand. He then brought over some paperwork to sign. First a privacy policy, then a receipt of privacy policy then the sales contract. He wanted me to sign it, but I looked it over and saw that it didn't have a total price on it. I asked him to put the total on the sales contract and when he came back with the contract it read $31,447 - a full $1,447 over the agreed upon price! I pointed out the check and the invoice price and he acted as though he hadn't seen them before. He then proceeded to accuse me of, ""trying to sneak something in."" I reminded him that he looked over both the check and the invoice with the $30,000 price clearly marked on both and that we shook on the deal. He said there was no way he was going to sell the truck for that. He then quickly gathered up the paperwork and walked away. That's the last we saw of him. After feeling disgusted for a few days, I contacted a local dealership about doing a dealer trade for truck. Even though the price is over $800 more, it was worth it to me to never have to deal with Michael's Chevrolet again. My local dealer said that they often do trades with Michael's and didn't think it would be a problem, however after the managers talked with each other, Michael's was not willing to trade, if the truck is going to me. What a total dick move. A month later, Michael's wanted a vehicle that was at my local dealership. My dealership then requested the Silverado I wanted and made the trade. Everything worked out in the end, no thanks to Michael's Chevrolet. For the use of shady tactics, outright lying, and just being dicks I recommend avoiding this place like the plague. Pros: Large inventory Cons: Shady tactics, outright lying, extremely unprofessional more
