going to michaels is always an experience. they have everything for the general crafter which i am one. only problem is i've got to travel a long way. sometimes i just need one thing. sometimes i spend close to 150 bucks.in one trip! i live off of military drive but i've driven to the northside for many years. are you considering opening one in the old Brooks AFB area. sure wish you would. we're growing big time. i'd like to see one here before i die. more

wonderful resource 8/26/2006

I adore this shop as it has everything I need to make for my creativity. They have a knowledgeable staff, an array of classes and plenty of already made projects. I've taken classes for beginers as well as more advanced classes- and not just on beads. You can even pick out beads and ask for a piece to be put together for you- plus they do repairs and will teach you simple tricks on the spot. more

This store is TERRIBLE! 11/14/2005

The front desk staff was very helpful & generous! 11/11/2005

i had a problem with a missing receipt that i had to turn in to get reiumbursed for a program. the front desk supervisor was incredibly nice and understanding and did all she can to make the situation work out! i didn't think the rest of the staff wer eincredibly friendly or anything, but it was just her that made my day! PROS: everything seems pretty organized CONS: not exactly cheery employees more
