50% off isn't what it seems... 8/24/2009

I took something in to be custom framed, and couldn't believe how expensive it was, and that it was going to take almost 1 month to complete! I got a printed quote from them and took my poster to a local framing store to see if there was any difference. Not only was the local store great to work with, but their price for the exact same framing (i know it was the same because i had a quote that listed the frame and matt and glass) without any discount was only $2.14 more than Michael's price at 50% off!!!! I couldn't believe it! I GLADLY paid the extra $2.14 and only had to wait 5 days to get it instead of 26 days!! And the finished product looked fantastic!! more

The had what I needed 6/16/2005

I needed to pick up some plain t-shirts for the children to decorate, so I stopped at Michaels. I saw at least 4 associates stocking shelves as a wandered through the store looking for t-shirts. No one asked me what I was looking for, but I did find the shirts after a few minutes. The shirts were $3.99. The cashier who rang me up was pleasant and quick. Overall a satisfactory experience. more

This store is bound to have what ever it may be that you need for most any art or craft project you are creating. The sales are great, and the selection is wonderful. The staff is always friendly, too. PROS: Tremendous Selection CONS: None Known more

Great store for scrapbooking 6/6/2005

They have the best selection of supplies for crafty people who do lots and lots of scrapbooking and who would complain when they have those ads in the paper that gives you a coupon to save even more money there, love the store. more
