I have a special needs child who I brought with me on a trip here earlier this month. The manager "Karen", screamed at my child and made us feel very unwelcome. She was angry because he wanted to touch the items on the shelf. I don't understand why she was so mad, I was a paying customer and had been for a long time, well, until that situation of course. She looked like she wanted to hit my child! I told her I was taking my business elsewhere and she said "Good"! now how is that customer service? I will never step foot in that store again! oh, and forget trying to contact a regional or district manager, they don't care either. I have called plenty of times with no response. I won't ever go to another Michaels store again. they are not child or customer friendly in my opinion.
