As someone who's taking arts classes to learn different facets of self expression, I went to Michaels for supplies. The specific supplies recommended by the teachers were not in stock so I approached a worker to see if they could suggest alternatives. All they could do is point me to where the products are on the shelves. When I asked if there may be someone else in the store that may know something, they said there wasn't anyone that would know anything in that department. I ended up in the end having to buy a few things- their paints and brushes were missing many sizes and types- and then travel around. My experiences on the internet have been frustrating also so far. The quality of the products seem to be misrepresented more than not.
