Love Michael's! 1/20/2009

I love all of the Michael's stores! They have such a good selection of craft supplies. I prefer this particular location because it has a bigger selection of scrapbook supplies. I was just there on Christmas eve to get several pictures framed and had several employees graciously helping me even though it was almost time for them to close and go home to their families. They didn't hurry me or act put out. I appreciated that. more

Not the best Michael's Crafts 5/4/2007

The staff act as though they either can't or don't want to help you. They don't know anything about even basic products. The store is messy, cluttered and unorganized. I would recommend going to a different Michael's. This one should be avoided, unless you enjoy frustration. more
