UNFRIENDLY OLD BATS at the register...two of them. One with blonde hair, one with black hair...easily two of the most miserable women in retail. Never smile, always rude, always seem bothered when you have a coupon that isn't cut to their specifications, and they'll tell you ""Next time cut the coupons so they fit in my drawer"" I do it now on purpose to irk them. We frequent this store A LOT, and cringe every time we have to go to their register... Get rid of them and this store would be fantastic! The younger girls are so nice, and the young men are always helpful, but that old saying about one rotten apple...Well you have TWO OLD rotten apples down there. If the one in West Mifflin would have never closed I would have went there....oh well, there's always Pat Catans, and they are always helpful and friendly! more

This store has everything a crafter could need, all in one store. They have knitting supplies, how to books, beading supplies, painting supplies, and seasonal decorations. The store offers a flyer which usually contains a 40% off One item coupon. They also take competitor coupons as well. The prices are average as compared to other stores of this nature, and the coupon makes the deal even sweeter. Most of the staff is very friendly and eager to help you find the right item for your project. There is ample parking and they also have a great return policy. more
