They have every thing you need for any type of craft. I can walk around and get so many idea. The store is well organized and clean. The staff is very cheerful.

This place has everything you need and if you can't find it they will find it for you or order it somehow. Loads of crafts, etc. Helpful with all kinds of projects. The best. PROS: Has everything CONS: None more

Craft Stores 6/30/2005

I don't care for this store as much since A.C. Moore opened up. Small, crowded selves. Don't have coupons everyweek. Seems to always take a long time to check out. Clerks not knowledgeable about items you are lokking for. more

Good Classes here 6/28/2005

Michael's craft store is OK. The customer service is very poor in my opinion though. But they do have the nicest variety of classes in their store. Something new all the time and reasonably priced. more
