Michael's Arts & Crafts is TERRIBLE AT HYDE PARK LOCATION 7/10/2009

Most RUDE staff ever. I will never ever go to this store again. The Manager, JULIE, should be out of a job. They are over priced to begin with and then when their employee double scanned an item and the manager did not fix the issue it was an insult. I came back in FIVE MINUTES after I noticed the problem and she would not adjust the double scanned item. EVEN WHEN the employee stated that I had only purchased ONE of the item, she said the best she could do was a 12.00 gift card....WHAAAT????? I paid CASH. I had to contact their district manager who assured me JULIE would be taking care of HER mistake. more

Not a framing place 2/16/2006

I've been shopping at Michael's for quite some time, normally for ready-to-go items. When I decided to get some custom frames done, there was lots to be disappointed about. My order was late, I was charged an arm and a leg, and they didn't do a good job. They asked me to leave my original prints and paintings there! After they measured them... still didn't do a very good job. more
