Mike was very helpful and shared his knowledge of 25 years in the insurance inudustry. If I had a question on auto, homeoners or life insurance, he was able to answer them. H made transfering my insurance policies froma company that had a lack of personal office customer care people seemless. Pros: Mike was able to answer all of my insurance questions. more
