Courtious, Convenient and Professional Service 2/27/2014

The air conditioning compressor had to be replaced, which fortunately, was still under warranty. The service was done promptly and professionally. I was provided with a free shuttle service for drop off and pick up. more

Excellent service 2/24/2014

After years of frustrating experience with Toyota service for our Prius, this Cadillac service experience was great. It was easy to schedule the appointment online, quick once I got in, and the team identified and fixed my problems quickly, while keeping me fully informed along the way with several calls on status. The BART shuttle was efficient and the entire staff was friendly and helpful. Great job! more

Great service but very expensive 2/23/2014

The service there is great and everyone is friendly, but it seems like I can't get out of that place without spending $1000.00. I have come here several times because it is so convenient to work, but local shops will do the same work, it seems, for 1/2, maybe a 1/4 of the price. The work seems competently done and they go out of their way to make it convenient, but I can't recommend the place because of the price. 4 stars, but I would recommend try and find a different place and save $500. more
