Our experience wasn't too bad. Other than unprofessionalism from certain employees it turned out good. The main complaint I had was employees cussing in front of my 2 year old. But life isn't perfect. We have had our car for 3 weeks now. Title is ready for pickup today. The car is still running well, no mechanical work was needed. I would never purchase a vehicle that needed extensive work. We made sure our vehicle was not leaking oil and in good running condition. Other than the basic, brakes, oil change, tune up, it is fine for now. I do recommend this place, but please bring someone knowledgeable with you who knows cars. There were a bunch of pretty crappy cars there. We test drove 3 before we found a good one. But the price was fair. That is what Kelly Blue Book said about the price of our car when we looked it up after purchasing. more

I had a terrible experience with this business. They do not stand behind their product and even when they sign something saying they will, they dont. Please beware - don't make the mistake of buying from this business because you will take a loss. This was my WORST experience ever with a car dealer; if you dont make it to the end of East Miami River Rd, dont be surprised. Wonder why they dont have voicemail? Because they dont want to listen to customer complaints. more

Got a car from these folks and they promised repairs before pickup. It was a week and I had waited long enough and they said oh, it needs one tire then its ready but our guys sick so if you get a tire we will give the money. Well, I've not gone back to get the money yet so I don't think they will give it back but I am only hoping they will have the title at this point as I'm gonna have to repair this vehicle myself at this point. They arn't the most friendlyish bunch around and their fixing of things they said they would fix are lies'.. ""we replaced 2 tires"" they said.. no .. all they did was rotate them to make it look like it .. just like the so called fix of the speedometer.. it don't work.. Isn't it illegal to sell a car with a form saying the odometer is correct when its wrong and not working? If I had to suggest this place to someone I would go .. ""ALERT"" they are not the brightest apple in the tree."" I so far have replaced tire and wiper motor and now it needs a blower motor..whats next? OMG This place isn't good.. Lemon city can u say? more

Unless you'd like to buy a car that doesn't last two days and then hear lie after lie about how they are fixing it don't go here. I waited almost 2 months to get my car back just to have it break down again and find out they never repaired half of what they said and left out parts. On top of all that they have some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Mike hardly ever answers his phone and when he does he's extremely rude and just says it will be done the end of the week, well the weekend comes and I have to go to his shop to find out its not finished. I'm highly surprised these people are even still in business. more
