This attorney was appointed to assist in my husband adopting my daughter. First of all this attorney, maybe the years have made him a rude or that is just his demeanor. This office was to split the fee between us and the birthfather. The adoption was granted, but due to the birth father refused to pay his half of the $1500 which was too much for not doing anything except talking to my daughter for 10 minutes and didn't even listen to her; he threw a fit and refused to go to court unless his fee was paid forcing us to pay not only our $750 but the deadbeat father's half too. He should have placed a judgement against the birth father for his portion instead of sticking us with it and refusing to complete the adoption. I would never have personally picked this attorney as a childs ad-litum attorney; I would have picked a woman. The courts of collin county should not use him due to he over bills for doing nothing, throws tantrums towards the wrong party, fails to return phone calls by shirking his responsibilities off on others that don't return his calls either...etc. Doesn't respect female clients or say thank you for being paid.
