Hello. My name is jessica. I used Michael C. Events on March 20, 2010 for my wedding at MALIBU WEST BEACH CLUB in Malibu (legge wedding) Michael C. Events did an absolutely exceptional job. He was very helpful from the very beginning. He did a great tasting for us and the food at the wedding I think may have actually been better. Michael and Ben (business partner) arranged all the rentals, staff and small details we needed for our wedding. He made our wedding experience joyful and easy. The day of the wedding it all came together exceptionally well .My husband and I are very glad we chose to use Michael c. Events. He will make your wedding day extra special. more

Please do not hire this man and his buddy to cater your wedding…. you will be very, very sorry if you do. We hired him about a year ago to cater our wedding, everything was discussed with enough time before our wedding day, and yes it was in our contract all the services which we paid in advanced. We had our reservations about this man and decided to still go we him since we did not want to think the worst in people. We should have listened to that internal voice in our heads. To make the story short, he missed very important details about our food, some of our guests did not eat, found out the bar tenders were hiding some of bottles of wine and beer ( that we provided with our hard earned money), missing plates, to mention the least. I had to seek help from our wedding coordinator during our ceremony to make it go as smooth as possible, since Michael C. Events did not even show up and sent someone else in his place. They had no clue about our menu requests. They did not know our names, and more importantly did not know how many people were going to show up. I can go on and on and on. My wife felt so bad the following day, she even cried. It was a disaster from beginning to end.\r \r I had to seek legal advice from our attorney to threaten him with going to court and expose him to everyone for his lack of professionalism. \r We have saved your list for us. And plan to try them!!!! For location proximity to childcare, releating to our friends, we ended up going to Cafe Bijou that day in Sherman Oaks. Good food, not orgasmic, but good :)\r \r People are still talking about your food. Including our vegetarians! That makes me really happy. How many weddings do you know of where that happens?
