I rented from these people and thousands of dollars of my property was damaged because they wouldn't repair the roof. I reported the roof as leaking a month after I moved in and they never actually fixed it. 6 months later, every room in the apartment had a leak, including the closets. Water was even running out of the breaker box! Michael Barry properties then tried to get us to move into another property of theirs that also had water damage and a coat hanger for a handle on the stove. The office staff was offensive and rude about the repairs and acted like I was insane for wanting repairs. Needless to say, I had to break the lease and move out.
Pros: free water dripping through the roof!
Cons: repairs are not made and they are very rude
