Great Experience! 8/20/2010

I would like to let you know how please we were with you dealership. I had already been dealing with the dealership in selma for about 3 months trying to find a tahoe with the options in the color that we wanted. Unfortunately all they did was give me the run around and pass me off from person to person, while not following through with their promises, which is what lead me to you. From the start of dealing with Ed and his partner they were very professional and did everything they promises. Ed and Raj were also very helpful to my husband that is trying to find some information from the VIN # of his 69 chevelle. Our whole experience with you dealership was great, and we are very satisifed with our new tahoe. Thanks for a great experience.? more

Awesome dealership! 8/18/2010

I appreciate everyone's help in helping us find the right vehicle. Thanks to Dustin for going out of his way to take us on a test drive. Rob was very helpful as well and made the whole buying experience one of the best I have had to date (I think I've bought about 7 vehicles in my life so far). Also, can't forget Sean. Both him and Rob stayed late to get me out the door with my vehicle that night. Sean did a great job showing me all the features of the vehicle and had a lot of patience with my incompetence with all the buttons! I hope any necessary follow up / warranty work is met with as much ease. I will definitely be looking to your dealership again when we look at our next purchase.? more

Always been treated well 7/6/2010

My wife recently purchased a Chevy Colorado from Michael Chevrolet. She loves it. We got the color she wanted and a fair price - lots of rebates going on at the time we purchased it. No, they don't massage your feet and serve Starbucks, but they have been in Fresno for 23 years and seem like an honest dealership. If you folks don't think there are problems at others dealerships - you are sadly mistaken. In fact, more than 10 years and several tax brackets ago, we purchased a kia at one of those big lot sales. Of course, the dealer we actually purchased the car from said they could not help us with service (after we drove all the way out to clovis, during a police funeral procession - yes, really). Drove the car to Michael's and they took care of the problem, no questions asked, all under warranty. I'm happy and so is my wife. Will shop there again.? more
