This is the worst dealership I have ever bought a car from. All the negative reviews are an understatement. I do not know why they are still in business. People do not buy from them!! They have no respect for clients and women in particular. They are low class and only interested in making a dime they do not deserve because all their cars are really bad. Once they sell you a crappy car, they act like you do not exist anymore and run away from you when you call them back. They are nasty and have a really bad attitude towards clients as soon as they sell their cars. If you are not persistent, you might never get justice with these people.Karma is a bitch and one day they will get it. These people are so awful one does not know where to start. Worse experience ever! Don't ever buy a car from these people, all they want is to make a sale, they don't care about their customers safety. They sold me a POS car and it took me 4 days to get someone on the phone and when i finally did, they were very rude and nasty. They said i could trade it in for something else on the lot and WOULD NOT give me a refund. So i bought another car from them. They told me it was in an accident, but there was nothing wrong. LIES. The car had SERIOUS frame damage and the car's engine was being held on by basically nothing!! I took it to a local mechanic and he said he would not touch the car because it was so dangerous and that i should get rid of it right away. So once again, after a week, i finally got a hold of them and again they said i could make a trade in, so i found a car of the same price but they told me they'd only take $4000 for it when i paid $6200!! They screwed me and my family out of thousands of dollars. These are HORRIBLE people and should be shut down immediately. Not to mention half of the cars on their lot have been in numerous accidents. What I have to say this was the most disgusting experience of buying a used car. They never take time to speak to there customers on the phone post purchase. They stated that they would fix some of the discrepancies in the car but, we had to really twist there arm to get things done. What a mission to get any one on the phone post purchase. While sitting in the Lobby the receptionist' s infamous saying is that the person is too busy or isn't there. There people skills are just a front to get you to buy a car from them. I cannot believe that this place they over charged me for a credit card purchase 3%. Now they want more money to get the tag and title after giving them 200 for tag transfer and title transfer. I sent my mother to pickup the registration and she waited entirely too long, to pickup something that was ready a week ago. I decided to call them, the lady said she was very busy and had other customers waiting. Which wasn't true because my mother was in the lobby, there wasn't anyone there. They said they had all keys and floor mats. Only one key and three floor mats. All the maintenance lights were on and low fluids in the car. Had to maintain the car ourselves due to the arm twisting I had to do for the other discrepancies. Pros: NONE!!!!!!!! Cons: They Lie, Cheat, Poor Custmer Service, and not TRUSTWORTHY more

WOW! -Does Not compare AT ALL to my experience with Miami Auto Wholesale! I am shocked to find this review; I actually opened a forum to praise my pleasant experience. 3 weeks ago I traded in the car I bought from them last year for a new car, and am SUPER HAPPY -furthermore have referred many friends and family. Mommyjones its sounds like you had an unfortunate experience (and just seem unlucky), And I am sure they would have helped you out, maybe you should have tried speaking to someone higher than your salesman. I opened this forum specifically to warn people about this auto dealership in Miami. Bought my car from them, it wouldn't start that night when I went into labor and going to hospital. My salesman, Tony, knew I was due any time, and knowingly sold me a lemon. After deliver, and within a couple weeks of buying the car, I went to take it back to them for a refund and the engine caught on fire. 3 Police officers and I had to get a fire exstinquisher to put it out. They don't keep their promises and they rigged the car up to make it off the lot, per my mechanic. Please, find another dealer to buy your car from. If you can't trust a man who sells a pregrant woman a lemon only to make a sale, you can't trust the company as a whole. They still haven't rectified the problem. Cons: Thieves to say the least more
