My wife and I make a pilgrimage to Mi Bandera at least 4 times a year. This large restaurant is clean, lively, bright and has something for everyone; the prices are moderate; and food is spiced well and not overdone. Picadillo, tostones, black beans and moro all great. Steaks and grill also great. Other dishes (bandeja for my colombian in-laws) also r-r-r-really good. Ropa vieja...a little disappointing (gotta work on that-guys!). Postres..flan and tres leches and cafe cubano are authentic and well worth saving a little room for. GO!
