Dan conducted the inspection of my home purchase. Spent a lot of time typing the report on his computer rather than conducting the inspection. Never found leaking plumbing under kitchen sink, broken instant hot water heater, nor improperly installed plumbing fixtures which allowed no cold water into the shower faucets. Missed major issues with electrical wiring which did not allow proper function of three way light switches. They charged a lot of money but did not find the issues. Ten days later, contractors were working in the basement and uncovered a damaged joist, which had been hidden by the ceiling. He came out within 45 minutes, at no extra charge, and discovered termite damage. He gave me a list of options on the spot, and even considered my budget. He went the extra mile and discussed the insulation procedure that the contractor was about to do, and checked to make sure that it was going to be done properly. Again, this was at no charge. If you want someone who will look out for your best interests, is professional, knowledgeable, and experienced, then I highly recommend Ron and his firm. more
