Awful Service 7/7/2009

Stopped by at 4:30 PM to pick up some items. Three staff behind the counter with me as the only customer. The first young lady just ignored me, the second decided she had time to take my money but never stopped her conversation with the other two. Not sure she ever looked at me except my Drivers Lic to prove that I am well over the legal age. Perhaps MGM should tell their staff to at least pertend to acknowledge their customers. Worst staff ever! more

ALSO, THEY HAVE A GREAT WINE SELECTION AND PRICES ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY HAVE A SALE. AS FAR AS BEING CARDED, THIS IS SOMETHING I THINK PEOPLE SHOULD EMBRACE, IT LOWERS THEIR INSURANCE PREMIUM AND THEREFORE THE PRICE OF THEIR PRODUCTS. MARGARET A. more

MY MOM WENT THERE WITH ME AND COULD NOT FIND HER DRIVERS LICENSE AND WE HAD TO STAND BY THE DOOR AND WAIT WHILE SHE DUG THRU HER PURSE AS THE SECURITY PERSON WOULD NOT LET HER ENTER! COME ON...SHE IS 74 YEARS OLD!! I AM SURE THAT SHE DOESN'T LOOK A DAY OVER 18 THOUGH...LOL LOL more

MGM Liquor Warehouse 8/27/2005

“Warehouse” a little too big of a name for this store. If you need just regular beer, mixers or hard liquor, they'll have it. Don’t count on employees’ help; often they are nowhere to be found. Also, if you like wine, don't bother with MGM since they carry very basic assortment. Just go to Haskell’s. more

Good for a quick stop or emergency 8/20/2005

This is my everyday liquor store. If I don't want something fancy or rare, they have it. It has horrible atmosphere and no staff to speak of. You are on your own, but when you are just trying to get a quick 12 pack, that's all you need. They don't take themselves too seriously, so don't expect much. Also, they require IDs from everyone in the party, so don't bring your little sister! more
