Mgh Back Bay

I've been going here for years, and I've always gotten the best treatment ever, from front office staff, to nurses and especially Dr.Reilly who is by far the best PCP I have ever had. I am one of those people I never ever get sick so if I go something major is going on. Last winter I fractured my wrist and a couple of vertibraes. I didn't go immediately as I thought I'd get through it on my own. But when I did finally cave in Dr. Reilly spent extra time with me and sent me to all the right people. There has never really been a wait, except one time and I knew Dr.Reilly was helping a child in another room so I had all the patience in the world. Dr. Reilly is exceptionally attentive and caring. I feel REALLY lucky as I know she no longer takes new patients, but I still think you can try by calling the clinic. more

I have never written any review about anything. The horrifying experience I had there with one of the nurse made me want to write this review. I have been a patient there for at least three years. There is a nurse there who is as rude as you would never imagine. She talked like the patient is just stupid, not worth her talking. She stopped so many times when I was talking and then asked same questions in a very rude voice to stuff I already answered. I have two other friends who go there. They had the same experience. The doctors are good, the stuff is fine and some of the nurses are very friendly. But only one nurse who should be there. I am changing my primary care as soon as I can find another one. If you are so unhappy there and need to take it on to people who are sick and are asking for your help, you shouldn't be working there. more

Unlike some young doctors and old nurses who are friendly and caring, the office manager, Lisa, and the most of the desk staff, especially the short-haired black female sitting next to the printer machine can eat you alive and make you feel you are never right or treat you like a dirt. They show a hell of attitude and have zero patience and you will walk away feeling you are never right with them. I ponder, why do they work in medical fields if they are nasty and why do they work behind the front desk for 9-5 if they are smarter and better than us? more

We love our pediatrician Dr. Andrea Reilly at MGH Back Bay. The office is well organized, there is hardly ever a wait, but if you do need to wait, there are plenty of toys to keep the little ones occupied. The entire staff is friendly and cheerful, my sons actually look forward to going to the doctor's office. more
