The new ownership of Mezza Luna's combined with the retooling of their menu helped this establishment go from something mediocre at best, to just the most amazing place I have ever had a meal at. From the scallop and polenta tower and the goat cheese pizza with truffle sauce drizzled over it served as an appetizer, to the veal scaloppini as an entree, and the banana crème bruele with chunks of banana served inside of a coconut shell for desert, I was more dazzled and tantalized by each course. It is not only a wonderful place to bring a date; it is also a great place to bring the family. The staff is incredibly friendly and food quality is not sacrificed here. To those people who have been here before, years ago and had sub par experience, I would definitely recommend giving this restaurant another shot.
