CRV Alignmemt 11/18/2015

CRV is out of alignment after the service yesterday. It pulls to the right and the steering has to be constantly turned to compensate for the pull. more

I have been a customer of Meyer's Automotive For many years and I can always count on them to either find a repair in need or to be forthright about what does NOT need work (especially if I've come from the dealership). I trust them and value their approach to customer service, not just exceptional car service. more

Reliable, Great Service 10/16/2015

I had my car aligned at Meyer's this past week. Although they were not able to have my car finished at the time promised (due to factors beyond their control), they offered to help me find a rental car (which I didn't need). When I picked up my car, Rich talked to me about my car and reasons why I have needed to replace my tires so often. He checked something at the last minute without charge to see if it was a factor. I appreciate Meyer's thoroughness, honestly and integrity. I'll be returning to them for service in the future. more

I always worry about being ripped off by mechanics but not here. They show you what's wrong and take the time to explain it. Then it always costs less than I'm expecting. more
