Had my vehicle there on 3 separate occasions. Requested necessary service to have the oil changed and tires rotated. Oil was to be changed when certain symbols appeared on the instrument panel, and tires were to be rotated at the same time as the oil change (or every 5,000 miles according to the salesman). Today, I discovered the tires had only been rotated on one occasion, not 3 as I had assumed. Do not use this service department, or if you do, stand next to the mechanic who is servicing your vehicle. What a sham. I will never step foot in their business again. more
