I shipped my daughter's car from Boston to San Diego and researched many transport companies. Metti was one of the least expensive and appeared to be one of the best service provider and they lived up to my expectations. They were great at communicating, answered all my questions completely in a timely fashion. The driver showed up on both ends when he said he would and was polite. I'd use them again. more

Vehicle Transport 1/14/2013

I was trying to get my vehicle shipped across the country. I had a very bad experience with another company before I tried Metti International. They were great I contacted them and talked to Hannah. She was great! The customer service was amazing! The quote they gave me was the actual quote they charged me... not like the other company I dealt with. I would use them again and would highly recommend Metti International to anyone trying to get their vehicle shipped. more

I had contacted another transport service. I gave them a month's advance notice, but they were unable to help with transporting my vehicle. I contacted Metti, and was able to take my vehicle in and drop it off that same day. Within two days of receiving it, they found a transport vehicle. They went above and beyond the call of duty in helping me out. I was leaving the day after dropping off my vehicle, and they were able to get a transport vehicle and help out. more

Second Experience as Good as the First 10/18/2012

I have used Metti twice in the last 15 months to take a car from CA to Texas and back. Both times, the customer service was fabulous, communication clear, and the truck driver did exactly as promised. What's most important to me is communication - and these guys have it down right! I'd use them again if needed and would recommend without hesitation! Thank you again Mike and Hannah. more

Quick pickup and on-schedule delivery. 6/6/2012

Hannah alerted us to availability of a carrier on the date we had specified. The driver did an amazing job of getting the large rig backed into a parking spot on a sidestreet about one hundred yards from our home located on a cul- de-sac. It was easy for us to drive our car to a spot behind his trailer where he took over and proceded to load our vehicle on the trailer After it was securely tied down for transit we watched as he easily departed our area. more

Easy transport! 5/30/2012

Setting up shipment of the cars was easy. Pickup was a little more difficult because the truck driver said he couldn't make it into my neighborhood (I have previously shipped my car with a different company and had the driver for the trucking company make it to the top of my street and had a large 18-wheeler moving truck make it up there as well) but I found a friend to help me drive back and forth and I met the driver in a empty parking lot ~3/4 mi from my house. Delivery was simple and the cars arrived in perfect condition. more

Without going into too much detail, Metti were more than accommodating. I had a lot of work for them, coming from San Diego to Texas to purchase a vehicle. They helped me out quite a bit. They were more than accommodating, very professional, and they gave me all that I could ask for. No complaints. more

I was surprised by how quickly they delivered my car. I was expecting it would take at least two weeks. I got the car three or four days early. The delivery driver was in a holiday season and rushed it to me. I was happy with that. Overall everything was pretty good. more

Excellent move of my Restored 62 Ford Fairlane 3/28/2012

I spoke personally with Micheal Metti and explained to him the situation. Micheal worked diligently to help me over come the fact that I had already been transferred to Texas but my restored 62 Fairlane was still sitting in Miramar and on top of everything I had the keys in my pocket. When it was all said and done Micheal and his driver were able to get the car off base with the help of one of my Marine buddies and get it to me within 3 days. Not a scratch on the car. more

Quick Delivery 3/12/2012

I was surprised how quickly the car came from CA to IL. I was called the morning of the delivery and told the time of arrival. I was called 45 minutes before delivery and confirmed the delivery location. Delivery right on time. Only waited 25 minutes for car to unload. more
