Everything arrived as promised. This was our second experience with Nassau's and equally as good as our first.

Needs some improvement 8/17/2013

While my designer was excellent I never got any follow up after the blinds were installed. The installer didn't install the metal tie holder correctly. I sent an email but got zero response. Considering there are so many other options I'm not sure if I will use again for upcoming projects. more

Five stars 7/1/2013

This is the second apartment I've ordered window blinds for from Metropolitan - my experience 5 years ago and recently were comparable. Knowledgable salesperson, timely appointments, blinds came in within a week of quoted time frame, installers professional and neat. Also helped me out with a warranty repair a week before closing on the apartment I sold, during the Sandy aftermath. Would recommend without reservation. more

The suggestions made by Nazarena were great and were things that I hadn't thought of, eg matching pillows, beaded trim. The selection of fabric choices and trim were exceptional , as was the quality . Installation was efficient and the installer showed up on time. All in all a most positive experience. more

Nazarena has been so amazing with both her level of service an her beautiful taste which I love! She has done a few window treatment for us as well as a window seat. We get so many compliments from friends and family. Chris the installer is equally as great and is very meticulous when performing the installations of our window treatments. I would highly recommend both! more

It did take much longer than estimate (which was 6 to 8 weeks (instead it took close to 3 months for job to be installed, and it seemed I had to call for the updates more than I'd consider typical. But I appreciate the fine handiwork and am grateful the job is done. more

We have used Paul's services twice in our primary home and we are very pleased with his work. He is easy to talk to , he responds promptly to our inquiry or request. We will definitely use him again for our shore house. He is highly recommended and a big asset to your institution. Scott - came to our house for installation & just like Paul, he is also very easy to talk to and was very helpful in coordinating our request with Paul. Both gentlemen are highly recommended. more

We were very pleased with all aspects of purchasing a bathroom window shade for a very large window in our new shower. The designer suggested an excellent product to meet our needs. Her measurements were perfect and the installation went smoothly. Overall, it was an excellent experience. more

The 3 people involved in the Store, Denise, and the Installer were tops. Poor rating: the length of time for delivery the space between the shades allows too much light the large pierces above the shades for the install put the shades too far out from the window and therefore more light. more

Curtains are nice 4/17/2013

The sheer drapes I purchased are nice. However, I was lead to believe by the representative that they would be darker than the actually are once opened. I was lead to believe that they would be more of a linen or beige color but instead they are pretty much white. They really stand out in my living room against my furniture. Now I must purchase something to tie everything in. The manager wanted me to purchase something darker by placing an additional order with a 20 discount. I had already spent close to $600.00. I did not have another $600.00 to spend on sheer drapes. more

grat satisfaction with the assistance we received & the final product 3/27/2013

The windows consultant, Nazarena Martinez, was extremely helpful and help us make the perfect selection in drapery. The installation man who put the drapes up, did the hardware, and hemmed the drapes was very pleasant and highly efficient. Our only minor grumpiness was the length of time between order and delivery: we placed the order at the end of November and didn't receive the drapes until the end of February/early march! This length of time seems excessive to us, but fortuately we love the drapes! more
