I worked with a guy named Hansil from their company. If you are calling this company and get a guy named Hansil, immediately hang up. I called him 20 times in a three day period about payments, but never responded back. I left him voice mails until his voice box was full. He was a dick the entire time to me and never returned my phone calls. When he sent me the final invoice on a Monday (event was that Saturday), I called him to finalize it and to ask how much and how I should pay. I did not here back from him until Tuesday night when he asked me about the itinerary (after it was finalized). I paid the next day and called again many many times to get the confirmation. He finally called back and asked me about the itinerary again. My bank account was charged that day ($3000, $200 more then he quoted me for) so I assumed it was all good. Wrong. On Thursday, two days before my event, at 5:00, he calls me and tells me that he can't get my the buses because he had to give them to someone else who already paid. I hung up, called his manager and talked with Hansil and the manager at the same time. They blamed me for not getting the payment in on time even though I had called Hansil literally 20 times to confirm the payment and to ask how I need to pay. They said it was in their contract that they can cancel anytime. They said they would look for other buses for me but it would be more expensive. They would call me back in 15 minutes. I waited 15 minutes and no call back. I called around and found a different company to get the buses, before they ever called me back. On top of this, they charge and extra 15% or something for a ""service fee"" for their ""24/7 great customer service."" What a load of horse ****. If they don't refund my money back soon there will be lots of problems for them. Do not ever use this company. I hope someone reads this and can do something about their crappy ""business."" TLDR: Canceled on me 2 days before the event after they charged me $3000
