In the 11 years that I have lived here I have never had to touch my sprinklers. I had a drip on one of the sprinklers in a bedroom and they were able to diagnose and repair it in a timely manner and make such a small incision to reach the pipe behind in my ceiling that my drywall contractor was able to patch & paint without any problems. I finished my basement a month ago and needed some sprinkler heads moved to the new ceiling. A gentleman came out and looked at the basement and what work needed to be done. Then two young men came out to do the work a little while later. These men were on time, fast and very clean. I would recommend this company to anyone. more

I called this company to repair my system which was installed by someone else. They responded immediately and sent a very nice and professional person for the repair. Quite frankly do not believe the negative review here it seems someone has a problem and its not Metropolitan Fire Protection. more

Metropolitan Fire Protection performed service on my fire sprinkler system at my home recently and I have nothing but good things to say. I had many problems with the original installation of my sprinkler system and the company that installed it is no longer in business. I called Metropolitan Fire Protection and from the start they were familiar with my problems. The service manager made many recommendations to repair my existing system and ensure that problems would not arise in the future. The mechanics were knowledgable about every aspect of my sprinkler system. They were prompt, clean, and courteous. I would recommend Metropolitan Fire Protection to any one seeking a solution to problems with their fire sprinklers. Just terrible quality. installed and damaged painted ceilings and never capped sprinkler heads. They never finished job. They cant seem to do the work they say they can do. I have serious doubts about the system ever working. I upped my homeowners insurance in case it fails and destroys the contents of my home. I was taken advantage of as a woman no doubt! Ladies please dont use this company if at all possible. They will up the price on you and no warranty on the work they do. If they come to your home, please prepare for a bill and lies, lies, lies. LITERALLY LEFT WITHOUT FINISHING THE JOB, SPACKLED AROUND FITTINGS OVER PAINTED SURFACES AND LEFT IT THAT WAY. NEVER COMPLETED CAPPING THE SPRINKLER HEADS AND LEFT ONE HEAD HANGING OUT OF THE FAMILY ROOM WALL AS AN EYE SORE! MAIN CONNECTION IN BASEMENT LEAKS AND LEAKS. THEY SHOW UP TO FIX IT AND IT LEAKS AND LEAKS. THEY SHOW UP AGAIN AND WOW.....THEY NEVER TIGHTENED THE CONNECTORS.....BUT HER IS A TWO HUNDRED DOLLAR BILL FOR US COMING OUT HERE.
