I give Dr. Segal and her staff top marks in quality of service and the highest grades for their knowledge of cat behavior and health and for their great bedside manner in calming a nervous cat. After leaving Rochester, NY we needed to look for a new Vet and were hoping to find one just as caring as our previous vet. We found what we were looking for in Dr. Siegal. The entire staff is caring and wonderful. They made us feel right at home like we knew Dr. Siegal for years. She really really loves cats and it shows! Looking for a vet? I've been seeing Dr. Siegel for three years now, and I can't ever imaging taking my kitties somewhere else. Not only is she so knowledgeable, she is so compassionate and will go out of her way to help. For example, I rescued 4 kittens, and Dr. Siegel gave them free physcial checkups, vaccinations, kitten food and gave me 50% discount for testing the kittens for FLV and FIV. Recently, my cat developed renal failure, Dr. Siegel was able to help me in so many ways; otherwise I would have had to spend a fortune on the cat. I feel so indebted to her and would not choose anyone else as my primary care vet. Plus, Darlene and all the staff are so friendly and helpful more

I thoroughly agree with the previous reviews about this vet clinic. Dr. Seigel has been my vet for several years now and she takes very good care of my 2 cats, Missy and Tessa. I took my 2 cats here for the first time and all the staff was very nice. I spent upwards of one hour there, which was mostly me talking w/ Dr. Siegel while she and the vet technician examined my cats. Dr. Siegel answered all my questions and I never felt rushed. She not only answered my questions, but answered them thoroughly and gave me additional information related to them which I appreciated. The fecal exam fee is a little high, but the rest of the prices are comparable to other clinics in the area. I left impressed at how long I spent there compared to other vet clinics I have been, just talking w/ the vet. She really does care about cats and has even made house calls to people w/ very difficult cats or to elderly who cannot make it to the clinic. more

I took my cats when we first moved to the Baltimore Area and I was so happy with the way Dr. Seigel interacted with them. She is so caring and really takes her time. Unfortunately, one of my cats developed a tumor and had to be put to sleep. Dr. Seigel went out of the way to take care of him, even taking him to a specialist on her day off!! She was so compasionate and was so empathetic to our feelings. We will always be thankful her. more

I have been taking my cats to Dr. Siegel for a while now, and cannot put into words how wonderful she is! She is a vet that truly cares about the animal and the owner and not about how much money she can get out of the owner. I will continue to always take my cats there and highly recommend anyone seeking a great vet, that you check her out. I cannot thank her enough for all she has done for me. more
