This place is not recommended. I've seen them constantly neglect people here. I seen 2 people, Both times on the floor for 20 minutes or more when they fell out there bed at night. ANd they were screaming for help. I had to use my wheel chair and hunt down a nurse on the other side of the building. This place has been fined 100k for neglect of patients and medicaide fruad. \r

The food is ICE COLD. In the morning the toast is soggy, and the eggs cold. Every one complains nothing gets done. They serve very nasty food here. Worse then poor hospital food. \r

When people need things. essential medical supplies like catheters to urinate and such they never have them ordered on time. Some people are forced to reuse them till new ones come. Because there to lazy to order them ahead of time. When ever you need pain management you usualy don't get it. They call the Doctor or P.A. and 5 hours later return the call. \r

Most nurses have extremely bad attitudes toward the patients. Even when you try to be extremely nice you can be shunned. Total lack of communication with management and staff. A nurse will tell you one thing then the head nurse something else, Then social worker something else. Next thing you know your in trouble for not fallowing some odd insurance guidelines. And when you confront them they get attitudes and say its not a problem with management and treat you like your an idiot even slightly sticking there noses in the air. I know lots of people here that are constantly on the phone with the STATE complaining about there lack of treatment and care here. Some people get so sick before they start to care for them they end up in the hospital. \r

The nurses lack any human compassion, One person said the toast is always soggy and the egg yokes hard and cold every time I get it. The nurse simple said its your own fault if you starve. And implied you dont like it tuff #!#@. With no regards to the persons emtions. Like he was a dog.
Pros: Free basic cable. Lots of activities to do
Cons: Lack of service, Care, Dont treat patients with dignity. Food quality. Managment is extremely unmanged.
