In thirty years, no cleaners has ever lost any piece of clothing of mine. MetroKleeners has lost at least 3 in two years. This cleaners is inexpensive but unfortunately you pay a price in lost clothing and garments cleaned with little or no discrimination as to fabric, special requests, and so on that you would expect from a professional cleaners. And they do not reimburse for lost clothing to value--only 10 times charge, which doesn't come close to covering replacement costs. It's convenient, next to Starbucks at Edens and Lake in Wilmette but no longer worth it to me. In case it's not clear, I do not recommend it.
Cons: Lose clothes; not professional cleaning expertise
