A REAL GYM - REAL RESULTS! 6/22/2010

There are a million places people can go to workout and that's a great thing. At Metroflex Gym in Plano you feel like part of a family. The information and assistance you get there is from people that have had success. They know what they are doing and can truly help you achieve your goals. Metroflex Plano members have one thing in common and that is they are all serious about wanting to make improvements. Everyone is welcome, in fact, newbies are are supported and encouraged. Greg McCoy, the owner, is awesome! Pros: RESULTS HAPPEN! Owner knows his stuff! Cons: NONE! more

The only gym to train at! 5/5/2010

Metroflex is not just for the athlete, it is a gym built around serious encouragement and an intense enthusiasm to train hard. From the moment you walk in the door and see the numerous competition photos on the wall to the amazing bodies that are being trained on simple machines and metal weights, there is no way to leave not feeling an immense amount of raw power to look your best. Metroflex is not just a hard core training facility, it is a group of people who believe in each other and thrive off of a lifestyle to preform their very best! Finally - a REAL gym 5/1/2010

Metroflex Gym in Plano is a place where people serious about reaching their fitness goals can go. Greg, the owner of Metroflex, is extremely knowledgeable in nutrition and weight training. After going to one of the big box gyms for five years and making little to no progress, I've been going to Metroflex and seen some great changes! The other members there are as serious about training too, and everyone seems to feed off of each others intensity, not to mention the tons of diet information you get from Greg and some of the others. Best Trainer in Plano 4/30/2010

I have been going to this gym for 3 months and I look amazing. Greg is the best personal trainer. I love this gym. Pros: weight loss and weight training more
