Metro-Med didn't send my CPAP supplies as agreed, and didn't bill me for my first (and last) order for months. Then then called to remind me I owed them money, when I had no idea I did. When I asked for an itemized bill, one arrived after several weeks, followed a couple of days later by a dunning notice threatening to report me to a collection agency! They are unbelievably disorganized. Stay away from them.
Cons: unprofessional, irresponsible
