After several attempts to get a quote from this company, I finally gave up. First, I contacted them by phone and was told to email for a quote. Once I emailed with a detailed description of what I was looking for, I waited about 10 days with no reply before I contacted the company again by phone. I was told that an associate was working on my quote and that I would be emailed within 24 hours. Again I waited about 4 days before contacting the company by phone AGAIN. This time, I was told I would be emailed by the end of the day. The following day I FINALLY received an email- but no quote. I was asked for some additional information- which I promptly gave in a return email. I waited another 3 days, with no response before I called the company one last time. AGAIN, I was told my quote was being worked on and that I would receive an email with a quote within 24 hours- that was over a month ago. Obviously, I decided not to waste my time with this company as they clearly showed that my business did not matter to them. My advice would be to find another company (there are plenty in south FL) who are a little (a LOT) more customer service oriented. more

Lack of communication among the employees. Good luck getting a call back, they disappear and re-appear as they please. I placed a simple order of 20 items four weeks later and I still did not have my items and they weren't returning any calls or emails. If you have all the time in the world then you should have no problem but if you need business done like most of us then DEFINITELY NOT!!
